Steve Abdalla is our Medical Practice Sales Group (MPSG) affiliate in the Hawaiian islands serving healthcare professionals on Oahu, Kauai, Big Island, and Maui. 

Steve Abdalla is the President of VR Hawaii. Prior to founding VR Hawaii, Abdalla served as Vice President of Marketing of Launch Pad, one of California’s premier sales and marketing consulting firms. At Launch Pad, Abdalla helped launch more than thirty venture capital backed startup companies, one of which was acquired by Verisign for $750 million and another by Critical Path for $100 million. Abdalla was instrumental in systematizing all aspects of the launch process, from the planning/ funding stages to tactical launch activities such as web site development and direct marketing programs.

Prior to Launch Pad, Abdalla worked for Bain & Company, a leading international marketing consulting firm, where he specialized in marketing strategy and mergers & acquisitions.

Abdalla has an MBA from Stanford University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.

Abdalla is a member of the Better Business Bureau, International Association of Business Brokers, and Honolulu Executives Association. He enjoys scuba diving, golfing and traveling.
