Professional Experience
1997 – Present

 

President and founder of Medical Practice Brokers, Inc., the Rocky Mountain region’s largest business brokerage firm specializing in sales of medical related professional practices.  Mr. Greene and the associates at Medical Practice Brokers, Inc. have assisted sellers and buyers in the successful transactions and valuations of numerous medical practices including:

  • Veterinary

  • Medical primary care

  • Medical primary care and surgical subspecialty

  • Dental

  • Chiropractic

  • and others

Mr. Greene is a seminar instructor on Buying and Selling Practices, and has been an invited speaker at universities and professional groups on the subject of practice sales and values.  Mr. Greene provides practice valuation services nationwide, and has provided litigation support and expert witness testimony on the subject of practice valuation.  He is a member of the International Business Brokers Association and holds their prestigious Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) certification. Mr. Greene is also listed in Business Brokerage Press’s Business Reference Guide as an Industry Expert for medical, dental, chiropractic, and veterinary practices.
     

Professional Experience
1980- 1997

Previously, Mr. Greene worked for 20 years in the computer software industry in a number of capacities including project management, process consulting, software development, and technical sales and marketing.  His experience in working with highly detail oriented, time sensitive projects, has enabled Mr. Greene to develop a systematic approach to practice sales. Mr. Greene is also a veteran of the U.S. Navy and a graduate of the Defense Language Institute.
